Air-Seal is a unique premier tyre sealant for your motorcycle tyres, to protect against 95% of tread area punctures and extend the life of your tyres.
Crafted from a non-damaging, non-corrosive formula featuring state-of-the-art synthetic fibres (similar to those used in tyre cords and bulletproof vests), Air-Seal is an incredibly easy-to-apply, liquid-based puncture prevention system that lasts for the entire lifespan of the tyre. Typically applied during tyre fitting and suitable for both on and off-road tyres, this tyre sealant effectively safeguards against a wide array of tread area punctures, including thorns, nails, screws, and other foreign objects. Additionally, it prevents rim, bead, and other slow air leaks, ensuring optimum tyre pressure and extending tyre life by up to 20%.
How does it work? The centrifugal force causes Air-Seal Products’ tyre sealant to spread evenly over the inside surface of the tyre as it rotates. In the event of a puncture, air pressure immediately forces a combination of aramid fibres and fillers to interlock, forming an instant puncture repair within one or two tyre revolutions.
This rapid puncture repair is often so seamless that operators may not even realize a puncture has occurred until later inspection. If the puncture-causing object remains lodged in the tyre, it can be removed at this point, followed by immediate driving to enable the tyre sealant to instantly re-seal the puncture.
Simple to install and safe to use, these premier tyre sealants have undergone independent testing worldwide. Depending on the grade of tyre sealant used, punctures of up to 30mm (1¼ inches) in diameter can be instantly repaired using this cutting-edge technology.
Once opened, the bottle can be reused indefinitely with no expiry date. Each bottle contains enough formula to fully protect one motorcycle (two tyres), complete with a telescopic delivery cap, extension cable (if required), valve core removal tool, and easy-to-follow instructions.
This 475ml bottle (equivalent to 16 units) contains enough formula to fully protect two motorcycles (with 6-8 units per bike) and includes an extendable hose built into the cap for installation. Simply follow the instructions on the bottle’s label to apply.
