ECE 22.06 sport-touring helmet combining aerodynamic stability, AIRFIT comfort, Class 1 optics, advanced ventilation and integrated sun protection.
The Scorpion EXO-530 Air is an ECE 22.06 homologated sport-touring full-face helmet that builds on the proven EXO-520 AIR with a range of meaningful upgrades to aerodynamics, ventilation, comfort and noise insulation.
Its newly sculpted shell provides improved stability and a smoother ride, while the aggressive sport-oriented design delivers a performance-focused appearance suited to both everyday riding and longer journeys.
The EXO-530 Air retains Scorpion EXO’s AIRFIT cheek pad inflation system, allowing riders to fine-tune the fit while helping reduce noise around the helmet.
The upgraded Cool-Tech moisture-wicking liner is soft, hypoallergenic, removable and machine washable, providing excellent comfort and effective moisture management throughout the ride.
Emergency cheek pad release has also been upgraded to make helmet removal easier following an accident.
Both the face shield and integrated sun visor feature a new aspherical surface design with Optically Perfect Class 1 optics and varied thicknesses, helping improve visual accuracy while reducing glare and distortion.
The Pinlock MAX-VISION system further enhances fog resistance, while the Cool-Tech ventilation system uses adjustable, indexed front and rear vents with an aero-tuned rear spoiler to maximise airflow and reduce lift.
A chin cover helps reduce noise, while the Quick Release/One Touch buckle provides convenient fastening.
