The jacket features custom-engineered SuperFabric overlays on the shoulders, elbows, and forearms, combined with highly abrasion-resistant 630D Karbonite Ripstop panels in key impact zones.
Optimized 400D and 200D fabric layouts in the main body reduce bulk without compromising durability. CE AA-rated protection is delivered by Klim Aero Pro D3O CE Level 2 vented shoulder and elbow armor, a D3O Viper Pro CE Level 2 back pad, and perforated XRD chest impact protection (upgradable to D3O CE Level 1 pads). With 18 total vents, including adjustable wrist vents, bicep intake vents, and back exhaust vents, the Badlands Pro ensures maximum airflow in any climate. Intuitive storage solutions include 6 external pockets (2 waterproof), a forearm emergency ID stat card, a concealed document pocket, and an external MOLLE-compatible chest utility panel.
