The Alpinestars Cooling Vestâ is a lightweight ventilated mid-layer; with an innovative cooling system and moisture-wicking properties.
Featuring a three-layer textile construction with an anti-bacterial treated inner lining; the Cooling Vest is designed to be worn underneath your outer jacket or 1-piece leather suit to regulate your vascular system and eliminate the effects of heat exhaustion.
It achieves this through the use of the perforated outer chassis and internal reservoir: you simply fill the garment with half a litre of cool water; squeeze the vest to spread the water throughout; and wear! This will instantly lower the temperature of your upper body and will retain this temperature throughout the day; by allowing cool air in through the punctured holes and flush humid air out the back. For reuse; just empty the water and refill before your next journey.
The anatomical fit of the vest and stretch inserts on the side of the torso provides a comfortable; slim fit without restricting freedom of movement.
