When winter comes, the cold seeps in during most of our rides. So we need to be ready for it.
The best thing to do is to choose winter gloves that are specially designed to offer excellent thermal insulation.
But you may also want to use the everyday pair that you normally do when the weather is less severe.
One solution to this is to slip on a pair of Ultra WS gloves underneath. Their Gore-Tex WindStopper structure acts as a barrier against the wind and cold (without being totally waterproof), retaining the heat that’s naturally emitted by your hands.
Their thinness allows you to slip them into your usual gloves, as long as the latter are not too tight.
These gloves can also be used on their own, for bicycling or on foot for hikes or simple jaunts around town. Truly tough, they’ll be your faithful companion throughout your various wintertime activities.
