Adaptive Impact System (AIS):
- 12K Carbon Fibre Shell – Ultra-lightweight construction with superior penetration resistance.
- Impact Energy Cells (RHEON) – Absorbs low-speed linear and rotational impacts, reducing force to the brain.
- Conehead EPS Technology – A softer liner with strategically placed cones that manage and absorb impact forces efficiently. Six critical zones provide a progressive response to both low and high-speed impacts.
- Expanded Volume EPS – Additional impact-absorbing material in key areas for increased head protection.
- Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) Chin Bar – Enhances impact mitigation, offering superior damage resistance and energy absorption.
- Clavicle Shell Relief Zone – Soft zone with EPS and EPP to help reduce clavicle injuries.
- Custom Moulded Rubber Trim – Includes an integrated nose guard.
- Comfort Liner & Cheek Pads – Made from washable, moisture-wicking, anti-microbial material. Quick-release cheek pads for added convenience.
Ventilation:
- True Functional Ventilation (TFV) – When in motion, air is forced through multiple intake vents.
- Air then channels through the EPS and exits via rear exhaust vents.
