The Klim Badlands Pro Jacket is an AA-rated adventure touring jacket featuring a Gore-Tex 3-Layer Pro Shell, SuperFabric overlays, and D3O armour.
Designed to conquer the most challenging conditions with unmatched protection, comfort, and functionality, the Badlands Pro is the ultimate all-weather motorcycle suit for long-haul riding. Built with GORE-TEX 3-Layer Pro Shell technology, it guarantees waterproof performance while offering exceptional abrasion resistance and breathability for long-distance riders. The jacket features custom-engineered SuperFabric overlays on the shoulders, elbows, and forearms, combined with highly abrasion-resistant 630D Karbonite Ripstop panels in key impact zones.
Optimized 400D and 200D fabric layouts in the main body reduce bulk without compromising durability. CE AA-rated protection is delivered by Klim Aero Pro D3O CE Level 2 vented shoulder and elbow armor, a D3O Viper Pro CE Level 2 back pad, and perforated XRD chest impact protection (upgradable to D3O CE Level 1 pads). With 18 total vents, including adjustable wrist vents, bicep intake vents, and back exhaust vents, the Badlands Pro ensures maximum airflow in any climate. Intuitive storage solutions include 6 external pockets (2 waterproof), a forearm emergency ID stat card, a concealed document pocket, and an external MOLLE-compatible chest utility panel. The internal hydration bladder compartment (compatible with Klim Hydrapak 2L and 3L) and moisture-wicking Polygiene anti-odor liner add to its practicality for long trips.
Adjustable features like quick-adjust bicep and forearm straps, a cinch collar, and an integrated removable kidney belt support system ensure a customized fit. The articulated cuffs with soft leather trim and jacket-pant connection zipper enhance comfort and functionality.
Whether you’re navigating rugged trails or cruising open roads, the Klim Badlands Pro Jacket redefines adventure touring with its world-class protection, ventilation, and storage solutions.
