The Merlin Kinetic Heated Trousers combine premium duck down insulation with integrated carbon heating panels to provide targeted warmth for cold-weather motorcycle riding.
Featuring high-quality white duck down with a 650 fill power rating, they deliver excellent heat retention around the waist and upper legs, while the stretch polyester lower legs provide a close, comfortable fit inside riding boots without unnecessary bulk.
Eight micro-carbon heating panels are positioned across the seat, front, thighs, shins and calves, with three heat settings to adapt to changing temperatures.
The trousers connect directly to a motorcycle’s 12V power supply for faster, more powerful heating, or can be powered by a separately available rechargeable battery.
A dual-voltage controller supports both 12V and 7.4V power sources, while the interconnected design allows compatible Merlin Kinetic and ThermaVolt jackets, trousers and socks to link to a single power source.
A stretch crotch panel and elasticated Lycra cuffs support comfortable movement, making these trousers a practical heated midlayer for riding and everyday cold-weather use.
