The Merlin Rivington D3O Jeans – Black are designed for riders who want serious motorcycle protection without the appearance or bulk of traditional riding trousers. Their relaxed silhouette and understated black denim finish give them an easy everyday look, making them equally suitable for commuting, touring or casual wear away from the bike.
The stretch cotton fabric incorporates high-strength UHMWPE fibres to provide exceptional abrasion resistance within a comfortable single-layer construction. This helps keep the jeans lighter and more flexible than traditional lined motorcycle denim, while a water-repellent treatment adds useful protection against light showers and road spray.
Impact protection comes from low-profile D3O Diablo armour fitted at both the knees and hips. Designed to remain flexible during normal wear while providing protection when required, the armour helps maintain the natural feel and appearance of the jeans.
Certified to CE Class AAA, the highest protection classification under EN 17092, the Merlin Rivington D3O Jeans offer an impressive combination of abrasion resistance, impact protection and relaxed everyday comfort.
