Description
The Rukka Outlast Ladies Shirt is a long sleeve base layer top, designed to regulate your body temperature and release body heat when you get hot.
It works to keep the wearer’s temperature just right, not too hot or cold, over a broad range of environments and activity levels.
When your activity level or the outside temperature increase, the Outlast thermocules that contain the phase change paraffin begin to change from a solid to a liquid which provides you with a comfortable sensation of thermal equilibrium. The energy required to activate this process comes from your warm body or the rising ambient temperature.

- Outlast Temperature Regulation stores and releases body heat, and works to keep your temperature just right over a broad range of activity levels and environments
- Outlast thermocules that contain the phase change paraffin begin to change state from a solid to a liquid when the outside temperature or activity level increases, therefore providing you with a comfortable sensation of thermal equilibrium
- Body heat or rising ambient temperature activates this process
- Outlast thermocules change back to a solid as you begin to cool down
