A groundbreaking addition to the Skwal i3 is the integrated brake light system, the first of its kind. Powered by a built-in triaxial accelerometer, this intelligent helmet detects speed reductions and automatically activates the rear light to warn other road users. No cables or Bluetooth are required. The brake light flashes three times per second for “steady braking” and five times per second for “hard braking,” providing enhanced safety.
Enhancing rider visibility, the Skwal i3 features front LED lights with three modes: constant, flashing, and off. The built-in battery charges conveniently via USB-C cable in just three hours, providing up to 12 hours of usage.
Designed for exceptional durability, the Skwal i3 boasts a high-impact Lexan-injected polycarbonate shell, reinforced by a multi-density EPS liner. Shark’s patented toolless visor removal system simplifies changing the Optical Class 1 anti-scratch visor with Pinlock 70 for optimal clarity.
The Skwal i3 includes an internal sun visor, intercom compatibility, and Shark’s renowned “Best Fit” ergonomic textile fitting system. The helmet is meticulously engineered to provide a perfect fit, ensuring unmatched comfort throughout your ride.
